Need a little more info. You looking for a camera, switching files from PC to the phone, into different ringtones, etc.?
If not, and you wanna stay Nokia, check out the Nokia 6061.
I currently am undecided between these 2 myself. Not sure if I'll actually use the camera and all the 'goodies' on this phone as opposed to the pretty standard 6061.
Both seem good enough. I wouldn't mind this one but that 100$ extra for it really hurts the wallet. ☚ī¸

I have T-Mobile in the greater Cleveland area, and it gets awesome service. It pulls the signal off the towers really well, and the phone is extremely easy to use for basic operations, and even most of the complex ones. I would definitely recommend it to you.

Well, I got it. Not sure if I'm gonna keep it (volume is low, a killer for me as I need a cell phone to do what a cell phone is supposed to do- talk loudly and clearly) but overall a very nice phone.
It gets pretty good service here with Cincinnati Bell (uses some Cingular towers). I really can't complain too much about that. The menu and everything else is a little hard at first to get because some things are spread out between different menus, but after you learn and play with it a little bit, it gets pretty easy. Overall, I would reccommend it. The only thing that kills it is its low volume that you cannot help (even after the "fixes" on here). I'm contemplating going with a Moto V325 with Verizon but not totally sure yet.

It is about time T-Mobile gave this phone away. The construction and quality of workmanship is awful on this model. Shame on T-Mobile and Nokia selling this model to their clients. Functionality is good, software good, reception good, construction and quality very chintzy.
