why do cingulars current plans suck
they dont have a family plan lower that $69.99 a month...not cool...is there any way to get one lower?

and why do they take away your minutes if you switch down!!! some CSR's say it happens and some say its not in effect yet!! so frustrating!

Its done to prevent abuse of the rollover min system. Makes perfect sense to me. For example if you start with a 59.99 National Plan which includes 900 mins. Lets say you realize you don't need that many mins after one month bc you only used 300 mins. This would leave you with a rollover balance of 600 mins. Still with me, now, say you call in and say I don't need this many mins, so I want to lower my rate plan to the 39.99 plan which includes 450 mins. So you would think this would give you a total 1050 mins for the month, but no bc when you lower your plan we lower your rollover bucket to match your rate plan. Some ppl before we started doing this would increase their rate plan for one month and then the next month lower to increase their...
