For you to transfer pictures from your phone to your PC, the pictures need to be in on the memory card. If you go into the camera, click that top button and select "switch storage device", and select memory card. That will save the pictures on the memory card instead of the phone.
For the transfer part, you need to go into your pictures and move or copy them onto your memory card from the phone.
