Downloading MP3's
How do you download mp3's onto the phone? Also, can you download music directly from the internet? This is the main reason I picked this particular phone and now I'm stuck.... 😕
Thanks!

You can plug it into your computer and put them on that way.
If you're just looking for some ringtones there's a bunch of sites.
I've got some ringtones on my site: wap.drewpydraws.com

I tried - I loaded the software and it's not doing anything. The software loaded this phone icon on my desktop but I can't manipulate it at all eventhough it appears to be links that I should be able to click on. I don't think it's completely recognizing the software or I'm not doing it right. Do I need the software to download the music from my playlists on my pc? Thanks!

On your desktop?? What?? What version of windows do you have?
It show's up in my computer as a removable media. Try opening it there.

I have windows xp. where would the removable media be located at?

I use the Moto V361, which is similar in most ways.
Right click on Start > Explore.
On the left hand side of the screen you'll see a scroll bar that indicates the System, it's hard-drives, externals, ROMs, etc. Inside of there, there should be a drive (Usually drive G, if you have one, unpartitioned hard-drive, one floppy, and two CD drives.) called "Removable Drive".
That's the one, copy them directly over to the "Removable Drive". (Not sure on OSs besides XP Home, since that's the only one I actively use myself)
Otherwise Motorola Phone tools also works. But using Windows is about a bajillion times faster in the transfer.
