Well I've found out how to convert video to 3gp, but when I get them to my phone the are all choppy, its like it skips every second. ☹️ I was wondering if anyone knew the correct settings to keep the video looking good and play smooth. I'm using: Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter to make the movies 3gp. It gives you alot of output options like; bitrate/framerate/etc....
there is a same quality option, when I set it to FALSE it plays smooth but very blocky, if i set it to Same quality true it looks great but its choppy!
Any thoughts are aprreciated!
