Actually, that isn't a true statement. T-Mobile's coverage is fine. I laugh when I hear that because it is usually made by someone that assumes the coverage in the entire US is the same as their area. Or actually believe that where Cingular says it has coverage, it has it across that entire oranged out map. Funny stuff that. 🤣

I got something for you both. Cingular and T mobile are both the same. They SUCK.

Get a real company that has RELIABLE SERVICE cause thats what its all about. Verizon Wireless. Keep that name in your head.

One service over another must really depend on where you are. In my city, tmo just has insanely good coverage, and verizon and cingular have lots of problems. But, it really does seem to change for time, and depending on where you are.

T-Mobile's got crappy coverage. I live up on a hill and my sister and I have Cingular while my parents have T-Mobile and can get no reception whatsoever. Also, just go to Chinatown to get your phone. They'll get you whatever phone you want, even ones only out in Asia, for whatever carrier, and for free.

Again, depends on the area you live. Where I live Cingular coverage is poor and T-Mobile rocks.

Ok, Cingular has plans that are $10 more then T-Mobile. Cingular has Roll Over, and a Much larger coverage network then T-Mobile.

Also, Cingular did not cut any corners, They were the ones that came up with the Idea for a thin phone in the beginning, the Razr was a $500 phne when it first came out. It was all cost effective not to put in the video capture, but since it got cheaper T-Mobile payed more then cingular does now to have thair have video. So Technically T-Mobile cut the corners, they waited a year and a half to get the RAZR becuase it was too rich for their poor piss level blood.

And I hate the fact how every one says that T-Mobile sucks, Cingular better, ot Cingular sucks T-Mobiles better.

Learn which one is beter for you...

Cingular coming up with the idea of a thin phone...now THAT's funny! Carriers don't come up with ideas for phones, they buy what the manufacturers make. They do not always take everything available. The reason Cingular has been getting so many exclusive deals is that they need some reason for people to either move to them or stay with them. In certain areas, they no doubt have great coverage. Overall, they have a significantly high number of complaints to the FCC for over-promising on their coverage. Even the CEO in a recent interview admitted that the network is not where it needs to be...both networks that is.

AWS went on the cheap with their GSM infrastructure by rolling out 1900Mhz as cheaply as they could. Instead of strengthening ...

verizon actually does this too its a pop up screen so i can't give the url, but just log onto verizonwireless.com, go to plans, pick coverage locator and then choose what you want. You should be able to see a detailed map of coverage based on what zoom is on. Its pretty cool.
