Ah, you blame Paris too quickly. If people didn't love her, and have the same problem she does, well, she wouldn't be popular then.

This phone should fit in well with society.

This actually does have EDGE per Moto's website, but not sure about the speakerphone.

That page is outdated. It was originally slated to have EDGE, but within the last few weeks that was cut from the feature list.

Well, Rich is now 100% correct. No EDGE, but rather Class 10 GPRS.

Well I stand to be corrected. That sucks! They must have redone that page that night cause I got that link the day I posted that message. Little punks at Moto! Oh well, I won't buy that phone... I will just wait for my carrier to rollout Push-to-Talk before I look at a new phone.

Ya, when I went to it the first time it had all those features listed. Kind of bugged me that they changed it all of a sudden. 👿

You say that like it's a bad thing.

So what if T-Mobile gets it.

What is so bad about T-Mobile?
Okay, so maybe compared to Cingular and AT&T
they (ahem, we) dont get all the latest and greatest phones. If you don't like it, then that's your opinion.

Oh and an answer to your question... Speakerphone= No for the most part (ouch) but EDGE= yes, I did my homework on it looking at several different websites.

Wow, defensive? I'm sorry if you misunderstood me. I just don't see this phone as a Cingular release. I don't hate T-mo. S#^t, you guys have better phones than VZW. I like both GSM carriers. If it was'nt cuz T-mobile is so far behind (compared to Cingy or VZW) I'd give it a shot. M...

It was originally announced with EDGE, but as of right now, Moto is telling me that won't make the final version.

Umm.. Looking at the pictures i see a speaker on the back of the phone...

all motorola phones have a speaker on the back side, from the small crappy V180 to the new V6. If you look at the back end of the picture you see a speaker at the bottom. It also has MP3 ring tne playback and voice recording... all these things all the other phones have which incorperate the speaker...

The phone will have a speaker phone.

The other thing you people seem to be missing is the fact that the RAZR for T-Mobile and Cingular has minor differences. The PEBL that they are showing on this site is the T-Mobile version of the phone.

The Cingular verzion which has not been fully produced yet will be Quadband,. just like all of motorolas phones for...

Speaker in the back? yes, but it looks like that's the speaker for the ringer.
Cingy and T-mo RAZRs are differnt? in which way?
This is the T-mo PEBL version? Cingular's version will be quadband?
Where do you get this info from? could you please back up your statements? It's not that I d...

Good thing I am at work looking at the phones...

Like i said, Minor differences

Cingulars RAZR
No video has buggy software, some black and some silver ones will invert the screen when you open them, this is becuase it doesnt like the simcard.

T-Mobiles RAZR
Has Video + upgraded software runs smoother

I am a Store manager for a kiosk that sells both T-Mobile and CIngular. And both reps have stated to me that the PEBL will be for the T-Mobile side of GSM first. T-Mobile is cutting some features out of it, (like Quad Band) since 90% of the poeple who get the phones, never even leave the dual band area. If they want the other phone, they can rent it at a cost if and when the go out of country.

Cingular is not cutting these corne...
