Cingular/ATT Time Update Issues

Anyone have a clue as to why my PEBL will now not automatically update the time? It used to work when it was Cingular. I can send and receive MMS and browse Internet fine. It's just my time won't autoupdate!!!

Any help greatly appreciated!
