it sound like u have apps running in the back gruond this phone does not close apps when u hit the end key it minimizes it like windows does on ur computer press and hold the menu key and a list of running apps will pop up then hit the clear key and it will ask u if u want to close the app then hit yes the phone use the same memory to run apps and to store other thing so what i did was to swith my txts and my pics to be saved on the memory card insted of the phone also if u install any app also put those on the card not the phone i
