DV RS MMS memory card - versatility?

So, I'm still loving my 6682, but being the tech geek that I am, and having had this phone for almost 9 months, I'm looking to upgrade to something else. But I don't want to have wasted the $$ on this 1GB memory card. I noticed that it comes with an extender/expander/attachment thing that changes the shape & allows it to be used in other formats . . . does anyone know what else I could use this in? It looks like an SD, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

I have no idea what the attachment does. It think it works with older phones and such but I do know that you can buy this thinger ma bobber (not sure what it's called) but you just stick the memory card in and it makes it basically a usb flash drive. I saw it on ebay and on amazon when I bought my 2gig card.

Sony uses their memory stick pro duo for the most part now as well. You might look into the new N series from Nokia if you liked your 6682. The N 80 is about as good as they get now with WiFi, 3 mega pixel camera, ...
