external antenna and CR-45: Mobile Holder

Anybody use an external antenna with their phone? Is the CR-45: Mobile Holder the only way to connect one? I live in NE Mississippi and have found an external antenna really helps with dropped calls while driving out in the country.

this is the only way i know of u can get them cheaper on ebay also u still have to get the antenna it does not come with 1

You can get it for $60 with free shipping on
Nokia's website through LetTalk with the phone. I searched eBay and didn't find any in the USA. Do they come up often?

i don't know i was on ebay last week buying some stuff for my phone and saw a couple of them i was thing of picking 1 up but then i saw it didn't come with an antenna and stopped looking
