I want to purchase this phone, the only thing holding me back is, I'm wondering if it has a full screen picture caller id display or if it's just a small picture centered in the middle of the screen-Thanks.

I actually never used the Picture Caller ID. I've had the phone since the day it came out last September. I took a picture of myself and tried to save it to a contact to test it out to give you a response, but I can not get it to work!

I've checked every option everywhere, and have not been able to apply a picture to a contact.

Although you can assign a different ringtone to everyone if you want to, and that's a nice feature.

Hope this helps.

That's the only thing holding you back from getting the phone. Seeing a name with the number isn't enough to let you know who it is? LOL.
I'm just kidding. dangparts is correct. The phone, by default will display a small image on the screen. You can go to handango.com and search for 'SkyeCaller - Full Screen Caller Display.' The program is $10.95 and will incorporate a full screen picture id. You should get the phone. It's great.

This phone is great. I just got it on the 28th of July so yeah. Awesome. What i've noticed about this phone is that you can really make it what you want exactly. Especially if you have problems with like the music apps.. games.. customizing. Basically you can manipulate this phone to no end without spending any pennies at all. So I mean, don't worry about anything softwarewise.. Look more at it battery wise.. call clarity.. speaker sound display size and colors.. the keypad.. that sort of stuff that can't be manipulated.
This phone is really great.
