You have to request it from Cingular directly. Call them and explain that you need to use your phone overseas and don't want to pay Cingular's rates.

I spoke for two weeks with $20 overseas. If I had used Cingular I would have blown that on a couple of calls. Rolling Eyes

Just be persistent. See my post above. I just got my unlock code today.
