I tend to agree with you, however, I know an associate who works at a corporate store, has a 64k sim, since he got the phone, and has NO issues, like we have, have chkd his firmware revision, its the same as ours, even pwr cycled his phone several times myself, no call log issues or the asking to save contacts to sim.......NONE!!!!!!
I have had 4 phones, all have an issue, have read the posts on here, and would not dispute that it seems to be something with the Cingular Firmware, HOWEVER............when I spoke with nokia concerning this issue, they stated "NOKIA will have to fix the firmware issues"...... Don't shoot the messenger, eh?
Just letting you know what I have heard.... The mgr stated, they are not getting anymore, per a mgr's meeting, until the issue is fixed, so look for a depleting supply.......
