it takes a RS-MMC (reduced size, dual voltage) - I use a 2 gig Kingston card, and it works perfectly.
Don't think they make a bigger size yet. Might not be likely as not too many devices use these RS-MMC's anymore - it seems a lot of the newer phones use SD and micro SD's.
