Phone not giving new app access to network. Need help.
I've installed an app that requires access to the network in order to send reports via email. However every time I try sending the report, the phone responds with 'Security Error. Network access is not permitted. Please check the security settings.'
Tech support had me go into the App Manager and change the settings for network access for the app to 'Ask every time'. This didn't work.
Does anyone know anything else I can configure on the phone that will allow network access for this app?
