Opera Browser help.

I have an unlocked 6682 and it didn't come with the Opera browser pre-installed. How do I get Opera on my phone? Can I download it using my phone or do I have to download it to my pc first and transfer it to my phone? I tried to download it directly from my phone but it didn't work, I just get a whole bunch of unrecognizable characters.

Yes download 8.5 from Opera's website and then transfer it to your phone. It is free

You mean it's free for 14 days.......the trial period....eh?????

Or are you talking about Opera "mini", which appears to be free......but is a downscaled version of 8.5????

Free for the Nokia 6682, because it was a deal to be bundled with the phone....

Yes with the 6682. I thought that was understood since this is the 6682 forum. But it also works fine on my 6620. Opera 7.6 is what came with the 6682 but 8.5 is a free upgrade.
