How good is the camera?

I just switched to Verizon from Sprint last week. I bought 2 VX-8100 phones, which are pretty good. I like the cameras on them, they take decent pics, but I have come to realize that I can hardly browse the Verizon web because it is very restricted. I don't like this fact at all. So, I am looking into going with Cingular and maybe getting the Nokia 6682, since it has a good screen and a 1.3 mp camera, and I have had nokias in the past and I know that they are good phones. But I just wanted to know what you people think of the quality of the pictures that this phone takes. And is it easy to do normal phone tasks like speed dialing and text messaging? Does it have good stereo sound from the speakers? Thanks for any help.

Pictures are so-so.

Speed dialing is limited to 8 numbers.

Text messaging is just like any phone.

Headphones sound pretty good, I'm getting a 3.5mm adaptor so I can try normal headphones with it. Hopefully they will sound good. The built-in speaker actually sounds pretty good, I will use it sometimes for listening to voice.

Tell you what..go to this link, and if you click on the album titled Ken's 6682, you will see some of the pictures I have taken with this camera, and judge for yourself. Unlike others, I think the S710a camera is only slightly, and I do mean slightly, better than the 6682.

Also, bear in mind these photos have not been altered with any photo editing program, and they weren't taken with the highest resolution, but only at 640 x 480....
