I called Cingular and it took the guy forever, but he found it. He said the release date was today and over the phone it is $319.99 for 2 yr and $379.99 for 1 year contract. Mine is on the way.😁

I called Cingular in the NC area and got a Rep. who found the in the system. He spoke to his Mgr. and then said its was ok to sell the phone and connected me to the sales Dpt.. The sales rep. said it was going to be released in October.

What area do you live in?? I purchased my today and the phone only cost me $349.99 for a 1 year. They also had a 2 year for $299.99. I called Cingular direct, so you better double check to make sure you didn't get ripped off. I hate it when corporations try to rip off the hard working community.
