Just looked at the Nokia sight and it no longer says the phone is not available. Now it says:

Good catch! The www.nokia6682.com site still has it listed as "Coming Soon", and Cingular.com still has nill.

the phone is available through cingular. i just purchased the phone this morning. the phone is not available on the website yet. you have to call customer service to be able to purchase the phone.
