Phone listed on Cingular Ringtones and Graphics

If you go to the Cingular website and go to Media & Services then click on Ringtones and Graphics you can find this phone on the list. I hope that this is an indicator that the phone will be out soon. I'm in Los Angeles. Then again, the 7610 is still listed and it never came out in my area. Does anyone know if this means that the phone will be out soon? When? Thanks.

Well, technically the phone is out. Cingular customers in Puerto Rico have been enjoying this phone. So Cingular has to support them.
