cingular and "talks" software
cingular is releasing this phone in july, but from what we received in the store it won't be until Q4 that it will support the "talks" software when cingular plans on launching that service. my question, is if i buy the phone as soon as it comes out, what happens when they introduce push to talk in Q4, is it an easy upgrade to the phone or would doing a warranty exchange take care of that, or am i out of luck??

if it supports push to talk over kodiak, then it will work, if its ptt over gprs, then it wont support the ptt feature.

Why would you want PTT? Personally I would rather make a call or send a text msg.
