delete original pictures/ringtones?

I have an unbranded phone that is working pretty well. I have put my own pictures and mp3 ringtones on it just fine so far, but i want to get rid of some of the crappy rings and pictures that the phone comes with to save some of the internal memory. Is there any way to do this??

sir... is it possible to replace the ringtone and message alert using MP3 that you have uploaded on the memory card?
