I just got this phone, but I have some questions about this phone. I got this phone 2 days ago, but I have noticed that the pictures on this phone come out really dark, even in a well lit room. Also, the phone is not as loud as my V551 (earpiece) this is somewhat frustrating. Anyone else having this problem? Do I have a defective phone? Should I have it replaced?

Are you using the ear piece that came with it? (the headphones/hands free)
I bought a new hands free from the Cingular store, and it was much louder. (they didn't carry a SLVR version, but they are jackasses... Just get the one for the RAZR and it works just fine. Same goes for the car charger)
I also tried out my bosses Bluetooth headset with my phone and the volume was great on that too.

No, I'm not using anytime of headsets. I'm using my phone the old way (phone on the ear) but it is noticebly lower than my v551 âšī¸ I have a hard time hearing other plp.
Update: The camera problem is fixed! Pictures are not dark anymore đ

Under lighting conditions. I had it under "sunny". (I was talking pics at night with my camera on "Sunny" mode)
