would anyone happen to know if cingular will offer insurance on the SLVR?

I'm guessing no. Not at least for a few months after it's release. It took them a while to make the razor and the rocker insurable.

I can confirm that at launch, the SLVR will not be eligible for Insurance through Lock/Line. I just checked, and the SLVR will not be insurable...
