Buyer questions -- side keys, outside display

I'm considering buying this phone. Unfortunately, I have not and will not be able to physically look at one unless I buy it.

I was considering a Motorola V60s, but the reviews said that the side keys are entirely too easy to accidentally press, which created many annoying and embarrassing situations. I've returned land phones for the very same reason, so I'm no longer considering this phone.

So, are the side buttons (which, as I understand are only to control volume) easy to accidentally press either while speaking on the phone or just in a purse pocket?

Also, is there an outside display to let me know who's calling?

If it makes a difference, I'm on the Verizon plan (just upgrading a phone).

There is no external display, no get it now and no mobile web. You get a basic phone that is made just to make calls.

Also, the outside buttons are disabled when the phone is closed. So, you won't get any unwanted features activated unexpectedly if the phone is carried in your pocket or purse.
