I actually had a Sanyo MM-5600 and got it April of 2005, then I lost that one and I was paying $5 for the insurance, they had first sent me this crappy phone which was a Sanyo MM-8300, it was a cheap plastic toy with a bad screen, a huge downgrade from my MM-5600, so I complained about the phone they sent me and they said I could pick any phone that was in stock and I picked the Samsung A800 and I sent the MM-8300 back to sprint. It was a hassle at first but now everything is A-OKAY! I lost my phone of last month so I was still under warrenty and had the insurance, the reason I got the insurance was The MM-5600 was an expensive phone, and I couldn't risk not having the security of staying connected with the replacement program. Hope that helps! Kisses!
