Samsung SPH-A800 / MM-A800
TV-Out functionality?
Most, if not all new Korean Samsung's include RCA cables in the box and support tv-out functionality. I was wondering if Samsung was going to include this functionality on the A800, along with their A940/970, even if you have to buy an accessory cable...that would be too cool!

That's actually a really great question.
A Samsung employee at CTIA mentioned to me that most new Samsungs coming out this year with QVGA displays will have TV-out. The A800 has a QVGA display, so it's very possible.
But I didn't have time to ask about TV-out on the A800 specifically. I'll ask.

That would be a very nice feature to have. The Korean variant of the A800, the SPH-V6500 has this functionality, with about every other Korean Samsung. If Samsung starts to implement something like this in America, it can only add to thier title as one of the most innovative manufactures around.
