Furthermore, the Treo 650, PPC 6600/01, and LG 325 all include bluetooth. The A800, and A940, as well as an upcomming Sanyo phone will ALL have bluetooth.

Geeze, it's like a bluetooth bitchfest with all of you. Get over it!

Hope they don't cripple the bluetooth like they have previously. I'm not so hyped about Samsungs Megapixel ratings either, i just got rid of my D500 because it takes the pic almost 2 seconds after you push the button, it also blurred way too easily. Multiole bluetooth problems as well. I'd settle for clearer photos at a lesser res with better implementation. Hope the A800 makes all you sprint people happy. Us on the gsm side of the samsung house sure aren't.

Yeah, maybe you weren't. I invite you to go search for all of the awards that the D500 has won.

Yeah, but we all know those, and I quote, "little awards" don't mean anything, right? 😉

What awards? Search the howardforums and see all the problems with this model. It's a nice phone yes, but it has it's drawbacks and apparently there are some lemons out there. I went through two of them because the slide mechanism on my first one was loose. All cell phone companies are fallible tuolumne, even your beloved Samsung.

I think the Sony Ericsson S710a totally kicks the crap out of the Samsung D500. It may not have as much internal memory, but it does have expandable memory. It also has EDGE and I personally think the photo quality of the S710a/S700i is better than that of the D500, not by much, but it is IMO.

The S710a also won The 'Best' of What's New Award.. before it was even released! 😁

Yeah, that's nice. A bunch of vendors, sponsors and the manufacturer telling eachother how great they are. In the real world this is just a mediocre phone with poor implementation. I had bluetooth issues with both of the ones i tried and more system freezes than i could count. Looks good on paper but not in your hand, the D500 that is. Great camera if you or the object don't move for 3 seconds.
