Choose the current BB 7250, or wait to see how the Motorola Q does (Maybe after May 22). Buy yourself a nice digital camera so that you are not tempted to choose a cellphone/PDA based on this. the 7130 is a great device but if you like to full keypad hold off. I have an unlocked 7100 Blackberry (the former AT&T) for work and a Blackberry 7250 (Verizon) for home. I am much happier with the 7250 vs. the cellphone profile of the 7100.

Also if you choose the 7250, or 8700, Moto Q or Treo use a Blootooth ear piece so you do not have to hold the bricks to your head.
