Of course, most New Phones have a warranty
for 1 year.
*I would assume there's no extended warranty
...so it come down to where you made the
purchase. Your REP might help to replace
if it's in "good" condition.
...your wireless provider could offer you a
contract or extend your contract,
in exchange for a New Phone.
