Disappearing Contact info

I was wondering if anybody else is having this same problem and what can I do to fix it??
It seems like once a week one or two of my contacts in my phone book will just disappear. But when that person calls the ringer tone I have for them goes off ect ect.
But I still have to re-enter all the stuff in again and save it. Plus when I save it again it doesn't say already exits want to overwrite it? I'm curious if this has happened to anybody else that use this phone and what they did to fix it??? Thanks Rox

Check "categories" in your phonebook menu. Make sure it is set to "all".

It is. Like I say I'll have lets say a beth for a few weeks. Then one time I go in to look up a number it's not there. Don't understand why. But if I go in my recent phone list the name is there like it is displayed from my contact list. It's to strange. Another thing I notice is that my sim card in Phone Book Menu under SIM Capacity it gives me zero for in use and empty is 250. But I know this isn't true because I've used this sim card in other phones and never had a problem with it. Anybody else can help me? Thank you Rox

I haven't had that problem although I thought I did.
When I saved contact info didn't know what had happen to it, but I guess w/o even realizing I saved a contact in the book twice.
Name:Kim Kim
Type: Mobile Mobile
#:555-5555 666-666

When I went into my phone book under Kim it gave me one number and i selected view and did a scroll and the second number I had saved was there. So in effect under one name was two numbers but to access it I had to select view.

Yeah I knew that or if you hit the over arrow it will show the other numbers listed under the name.
But still wondering why they totally disappear on me.
