Motorola V635
Official US launch soon!!!
Don't know the exact date yet(other than Nov.), but it's finally going to show up on US shores.
If you don't have any problems with the phone than this phone might really be the best of the motorola V series! 😁
How much will T-Mobile do for you if something goes wrong with your V635? I have heard conflicting opinions on getting from a carrier or getting from a 3rd party, and I am not a techie, unfortunately.

And I'm no techie either. I was considering Verizon, but I was afraid to hack the Moto E815 to get it to do all of the stuff that it's supposed to do. 🙂

I am wondering now if I could go to my neighborhood cell phone store and ask the sales rep to do whatever "hacking" is required to get my phone up to Cingular/T-Mobile speed -- meaning get my phone to do what phones sold by the carriers can do. Your second question depends on the which carrier's coustomer service person you are talking to and if they are feeling helpful that day. If they want to help, they'll help. If not, tough lucky. The v635 is a import phone, so it has nothing to do with a american carrier. Maybe some of the people that you read about just got lucky that day. 😁

Customer Service personnel should give customer service irrespective of how they are *feeling* on any given day. If everyone refused to assist or help because they were not feeling helpful that day, people would be coming home irritated or furious every day.
