couple of questions please help
1st - is it possible to set different ringtones for different people or can i only use one tone for all incoming calls?
2nd - how do i put people into catagories i tried and cant figure it out.
thats all i can think of for now i just got the phone yesterday and i love it.using it with cingular no problems at all.

You can set ringtones for different people. You can also put a group of numbers into a category and set a ringtone for the category, but it seems that each of the names in the category must have their individual ringtone set to “None” for the group ringtone to work. You can also have a different mp3 ringtone for the ringtone, text messages, voicemails, and IM messages.
You must save the entry to the phone (as opposed to the SIM card) to change the person’s ringtone, add a picture, add to group, add a voice command, etc. Just go to the entry, click “view” then “edit”. You’ll see “Store to:”. Change that to “phone”. When you do that, a lot more options appear.
