Started a new thread so you don't have to search for it...en4rcer helped me out with my settings a month or two ago, so let's pass it along and thank en4rcer again ;)
This worked for me to get browser and MMS up and running. Please try this out and choose V551 as your phone...

I've been playing with that link all day. I got the first one to work - "Configure MEdia Net" worked find.
When I try "Configure Multimedia Messaging (MMS)" using the V551 choice, my V635 says "update failed". If I try it using the V600 choice, my V635 says "Exceeds limit. Cannot add new mms profile."
Any ideas? I really thought I had the phone whipped after you guys posted this link.

No idea really...but, did you already add some of your own profiles? The one that the site sends should be locked...if you had already tried some, maybe you could delete the ones that do not work?
Turn it off for a minute or two also...Try it again. You can always try to call customer support and see if they can be at all helpful...If they know where to get the info, they can help - I found some people who were not even aware of their own support site, so that was a waste of time!

There's a bunch of profiles stored that came with the phone. I haven't figured out how to delete them yet. Can't find an option for deleting. Does anyone know how to delete profiles?

go to web acces then web sessions and delete the ones only you dont need..that should work...and thanks everybody for giving me the settings..i truly got my phone to work!! 😎 🙂 😁

Thanks - and please continue to work with me while we get my phone to work! I go to web sessions but there's no option to delete. When I highlight a profile, the options are to exit or launch. If I go to menu at that point, with a profile highlighted, my choices are 'set default' and 'edit'. How do I delete? Thanks for sticking with me on this one!!
