How do you get this thing to work. this phone is from France and I can not get it going. I think I got the right IP address but it still won't work. HELP

Please look through the forum to get the website for sending the settings directly to your phone...try that and let us know if there are problems...

Thanks for you help, but I call cingular and the tech person walk me right though it and now it works fine.
