Which type of flash memory does the V635 use and what's the maximum mb card it supports?

It uses "Transflash" sometimes referred to as "MicroSD" (NOT MiniSD!).
I have a 256MB card in and it works fine, but it should work fine with the 512MB cards too. No word yet on if 1GB cards are on the horizon but I'd say 6 months.

motorola sells them on their site now, but they may be on backorder. Can't say because I haven't ordered one, but they are listed. Anyone wanna lend me $79.99? 🤣
