i just got mobile phone tools and cant get it to work. when i click the update option it brings me to a site asking to purchase a new version for $30!!!!! more. any suggestions help. TIA

read the third reply under "Data Cable or Bluetooth Dongle" for the instructions from kai44 on how to get your software to work.
