It came with a CD that I basically wrote off as being unimportant because it was all "learn about new products" on the label...
..but it comes with (Motorola mobile PhoneTools 3.21 US), full version. Sweeeeet.

yes, that CD with Mobile Phone Tools is very important, especially if you plan of flashing/flexing your phone (along with a few other programs).
