Camera... CCD or CMOS?

Anybody knows if they are using the same crappy camera used in the MPX220? I hope not. That would ruin this phone. Another thing, this thing has memory limits also. I heard the expanded memory can only hold 128mb so far. Is this true?

Considerings it's a Motorola, I'd put my money on it being a CMOS.
