Bluetooth Stereo Headphones

Anyone get headphones to work or is this another useful item that Verizon disabled?

I think you need bluetooth 2.0 to run headphones and this only has 1.1.....

I figured as much....I guess I will live with the dorky headphones/headset that came with the unit. I wonder if Samsung would ever provide a firmware patch......

I think the best solution is to buy a 2.5 to 3.5 mm adapter so you can use your regular headphones.... I don't know if there is one available for this device yet, but there will be....

Bluetooth 1.2 supports stereo for bluetooth headphones. Bluetooth 1.2 may be part of Samsungs upgrade to Windows 5.0.

They designed it for '05 so it will come out (Verizon will sell more units if they provide an upgrade). No one will admit it because they don't want to get your hopes up. It will probably be like a year though (I have heard the average for an update is 15 months).....
