Message Indicator

Is anyone else having issues with the voice mail indicator? My indicator doesn't work for voicemail, but works fine for everyting else. I have tried tech support, and have had three different handsets. I switched back to my 7000 and 710 and it works fine. All the settings on the phone are good correct. Am I missing something?

The message indicator is a bit irritating. It comes on when it's on the charger leaving me to believe I actually have a message. I don't need to know that the phone is charging since there's a cable coming out of its backend!
