So let's see - you have to own a phone to have credibility? When so many people complain about the same issues? Ever hear the expression "if 10 people say you're drunk, then you're probably drunk"?
...Love your tool, I'm happy for you, that doesn't make you a bad person.

1. Yes, you need to own it to knock it. Your place is with the "should I buy it?" camp, not the "don't buy it, because...." camp. You have to own it to comment or you are doing your "camp" (those who are shopping) a disservice.
2. The only complaints are issues that people haven't taken the time to figure out, period. The only thing Samsung should have done different, is to add a disclaim that "WARNING: you might not be smart enough t...

What's so hard to understand about that?

Ooops, I botched the quote (these little keys are tricky!)...

He is an Idiot. (Sorry RINGO..You don't sound as "BIG TIME" as you try to with "This phone makes me more money" crap.) I did buy the phone and do have some serious disappointments with it THAT CAN NOT BE FIXED by changing any options. Some of the suggestions on this forum DO NOT fix the problems. And should you really have to go to a forum to find answers to simple questions? Here's something else that no one has brought up. This thing comes with two sets of instructions...and they are both terrible. One is on CD ROM and the other is on another CD ROM that directs you to a link that has a different set of instructions. Even if you put them together they are not very comprehensive. So those people that are mesmerized by shinny button...

You're not an idiot. I was just a little put off that you insist that every problem has a fix and that is just not the case. Have a great week. Tell mom I miss her!

I'm with RINGO on this one (the vajas case/durex/trojan thread I think I'm still undecided)... mk, I agree, if you are not asking a question you shouldn't post until you OWN it, and you have yet to make an intelligent post, so it's really not worth commenting on your uneducated rants...

enzothacet, what are the problems you still have? I have had this phone for about a week, and I like the phone, love the PDA. I have had a few minor irratations with the phone functuality, but nothing that I couldn't fix (often with the help of this forum).

RINGO, your post make me laugh. -Nice "tool" comment. -I would have told MK he was the tool, but you took the high road. Oh, and I thought it was taco bell, not pizza hut!?

You CAN put the phone in vibrate mode with out the stylus, genius, by (once again) changing an option... push the volume control button on the left side of the phone, a pop-up window with both the device volume (controls internal speakers, key pad volume, etc) as well as the phone ring volume will pop up. With the stylus select the "vibrate" option. Once you have selected this option, you will be able to move the phone volume back and forth from ring to vibrate with the keys on the side of the device (no stylus needed).

Those of us that own this phone, and have taken the time to figure it out, love it!

What else ya got, slugger?

-Hopefully you will now go away until you own it and can actually make and educated post...

Ringo, no need to keep this up, enough people have complained about the usability (or lack of) this device as a phone. People like me don't want to go through gyration after gyration to change functionality just to use this thing like a phone. Funny how you're about the only person who doesn't recognize this.

It was one of SEVERAL - REPEAT, SEVERAL - major quirks about this phone. So they get around one problem, what about all the others that so many people have complained about. Go to pdaphoneforum, see how many people have conmplained that this is not a great phone - it's a great pda, but not a great phone.

Please, be informed. Do research. That's what the web is all about. With a little bit of effort, you'd have read all the complaints about this phone

Wait a minute, I forgot - I don't own it. So everyone else is a liar.
