Hey does anyone know how long it takes for online orders to go through? I checked mine again and it said Order received check back tomorrow. Yea well I ordered it yeasterday and it said the same.

Normally, if you order before noon, they ship out the same day. By evening, you can call them and get a tracking number.

Ok I ordered it at 9 am cst. So they just dont update their site online that fast right? Even though it says order received they will still have a tracking number right?

Ok I just called them. They said well we have a two to five day processing time and then two days for shipping. Interesting. What I find interesting about that is that it can be processed quicker by phone but it SHOULD be processed faster on the net. It can go directly into their order system. Oh well so I get to wait either way.

Where are you located? Did you place the order as a regular consumer or did you use a company extranet site where you would receive additional discounts? All of those things plays factors as to how long your order takes to ship.
If you are a regular consumer out of the West Area, I can tell you that yesterday, they were processing orders that were recieved on the 22nd. Which means they are delayed by about 6 days.
On your confirmation after your order it states 'orders generally take 3-5 business days to ship'. However, when they are behind (such as now), it will take longer.
Also, there is a misconeception here. Orders placed online are not instantly approved. They also are not instantly auto processed. Most orders fall out and ha...
