I didn't see any mention of how much it has. Does this mean there won't be an upgrade to Win Mobile 5.0?

"Pocket PCs running Windows Mobile 5.0 will use RAM only for currently running applications, and nothing else.

All storage of applications and files will be done in ROM"

ROM stands for Read Only Memory. True ROM has the data stored in it when it is produced by the factory. The type of ROM Windows Mobile 5 uses is rewriteable ROM, or flash ROM. The i730 contains 128 MB of flash ROM according to the technical specifications I've seen.

Yes see I was looking at one of the brochures and it has 64 mb of ram and 128 of rom. What will happen is that the pocket pc 5 will store the actual operating system on the 128 and run the programs on the 64.
