Random shutting off
Hi, my phone is randomly shutting off without me touching it.
I bought it a year ago without a guarantee or anything that wasn't automatically included.
Am I eligible for replacement?
If not, is there a solution to this problem?

So did mine, I bought an extended battery, hasn't done it since! Extended battery is wonderful too, lasts twice as long!

I bought this phone off of Ebay. Brand new, in the box, no call timers, honestly brand new. Had all the little wrappers and whatnots on it. When I bought the phone I imediately noticed problems. These problems incuded:
1. Charger port--In two months this thing has killed one home charger. The prongs get stuck inside on one side and do not release when squeezing the prongs on the side of the charger. This happens in all chargers I've used, home and car chargers. One side always jams.
2. Screen display problems. Screen gets virticle linse of pink, purple, and white going all the way from left to right side of main screen. Also it occasionally doesn't light up when flipped open or if it does light up it is very dimly lit.
3. Drops calls. ...
