receiving voice volume

When I am listening on the phone the other persons voice volume seems to go from quiet to loud. It keeps fluctuating

The sw version has a bunch of numbers but the end has an v07

Hmmmm....the volume flucuation problem was corrected in V07. You shouldn't be having that problem.
