help please
ok i have the data cable, and bitpim the only problem im having now is that bitpim says that they cant detect a phone...i have used the cd to ensure that the data cable can go into the USB port but it just wont recognize my phone...any help please???

Yes i did...when i go to use bitpim...it says that no phone is detected...please help

where did you get the drivers, does your computer say lg usb modem detected when you plug your phone in?

well at first i didnt know i needed the cd so i just plugged in the usb and it said that it detected it..but i tried installing and it didnt work...then i realized it needed the CD and after that it just wouldnt work...u think something is wrong with the E drive? should i call my computer company

the last one i hooked up for one of my friends they had the music essentials kit. I installed the drivers onto computer from disc. then i hooked the phone up to the cable and the computer popped uo and said lg usb modem detected, click to install driver, i did that and it found the drivers i loaded from cd and then when i went into bitpim all was good. So if your computer isn't giving you that maybe try reinstalling the drivers, you might also try a different usb port if you have one available, sometimes your ports are dedicated to other devices and switching ports fixes the problem.
