😕 Let me start of by thanking all of you for the wonderful threads I have been reading on this site , they have been very helpful while I have been researching phones. I recently joined with verizon and picked a family plan to help out all of my siblings that are still in college (4). The first phone I picked for myself was a razor. The first day I had it it froze three times and I brought it back for another one. The next one I got dropped every call I received but I could make outgoing calls. The third one locked up every time I went on to vcast. nope not normal. some of the problems you have described have happened, but are isolated incidents, only about 6% of new phones have manufatural problems. I'd say you just have bad luck and miss the other 94% of phones, or could it be karma? I'd say keep trying, you'll eventually get a good phone. The 8100 is an excellent phone.
