8100 Message Problems

Hello,

I have a 8100 and everytime i set my phone to manner mode ( I have a ringtone i downloaded) It plays the ring tone and doesnt vibe when i get a message. But when i set it to the ringtone that comes with the phone it vibes..does anyone else have this problem

go to a verizon store and get your software update, it will fix this problem
